Manage your inbox: read, archive, delete.
Week 3: Discover Google Drive.
Create a folder to organize your files.
Import a document from your computer.
Understand file sharing rights.
Week 4: Introduction to Google Docs.
Create a new document.
Type text and format it (bold, italics, underline).
Share a document with another person.
Week 5: Introduction to Google Meet.
Schedule a meeting with Google Meet.
Participate in a simple video conference.
Use the camera and microphone during a meeting.
Week 6: Introduction to Google Calendar
Create a simple event in the calendar.
Add a Google Meet meeting to the calendar.
Invite participants to an event.
Week 7: Gmail and Drive Tips and Tricks
Use labels to organize emails.
Quickly search for a file on Google Drive.
Week 8: General Review and Practical Exercises
Organize a small project using Gmail, Drive, and Meet.
Final Practical Assessment.
